2013: The Beginning

Jovien Communications Pty Ltd was founded by a young professional with a vision to provide high-quality telephony support and design consultancy. Our initial focus was on building strong business relationships, starting with Tracker Connect and Netcare Olivedale Clinic.

2014: Stepping into the International Market

We expanded our horizons by entering the international market, specializing in server room and infrastructure design. This year marked our introduction of infrastructure cabling for networks and data centers, laying the foundation for our growth in the ICT industry.

2015: Expanding Services and Expertise

We diversified our services by introducing smoke detection and gas suppression system installations. Investing in staff training and certification became a priority, enabling us to also offer surveillance and access control systems for both home and business environments.

2016: Embracing New Technologies

In our quest to stay at the forefront of technology, we started offering microwave pointto- point connectivity links. Recognizing the importance of fiber technology, we acquired the necessary certifications and equipment to provide top-tier services in this area.

2017: Advanced Testing and Fiber Solutions

We introduced infrastructure copper and fiber testing to identify and mitigate potential threats on local networks using enterprise-grade equipment. Additionally, we completed comprehensive training for Fiber to the Home (FTTH) installations, enhancing our service portfolio.

Our team began investigating and planning around hosted voice solutions. By partnering with ISP providers and hardware vendors, we developed cost-effective and reliable small office solutions, further solidifying our position in the market.
